Lewmar – 12V direct-drive pilot motor for Bavaria 45
Designed to be integrated into the steering system, this direct-drive pilot motor is the option recommended by Lewmar for Bavaria 45 sailboats. It connects to a tiller lever via a connecting rod, to transmit power as close as possible to the wick and maintain precise steering.
With its electromechanical clutch, the helm remains fluid when the pilot is at rest. Compact and mountable in several orientations, it facilitates on-board installation and is compatible with the majority of pilot computers on the market.
