Our teams at Plastimo balance and assemble every compass, one by one, by hand, to ensure safety and reliability. This Offshore 75 model features universal, or multi-zone, balancing, allowing you to sail around the globe with the same compass.

STIRRUP-MOUNTED OR MINI-FUTURE

These two formats can be mounted on your boat in a variety of ways:

  • Stirrup-mounted, with a wide, sturdy base, the compass can be installed on all kinds of inclines. Just make sure that the compass/pink assembly is horizontal.
  • In mini-barrel form, the compass is fixed on a horizontal plane. A bracket makes it easy to remove.

An optional compensation box can be installed.

ROBUST FEATURES

The flange and one-piece bowl incorporate a membrane to ensure a perfect seal. No leaks or water ingress.

All materials used in the Offshore 75 compass are UV-resistant, while the dome is scratch-resistant. It’s unaffected by the ravages of time and marine weather conditions.

A coloured line of faith ensures perfect reading of the rose. The latter is graduated every 5° for great precision.
